Norway is known for strong thermals and a clear sky with almost limitless visiblility.
There are few airspace limitations.
Glider pilots can find thermals and slope lift on most days, wave lift is not uncommon.
Outlanding fields are numerous in the valleys.

To the west: Land/Valdres area
