Starmoen airfield in Elverum, Norway will be hosting the 2004 world gliding championship in the Club class.

Norway was awarded the 2004 World gliding championship at the 2002 IGC meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The norwegian nationals 8-15 june, gave 5 of 8 competion days. Winners: A. Skifjeld (15m), S. Lien (Club) and S. Øksenholt (Std)
