June 13th 8:00 PM

Tom Erik Hole, President of the Norwegian Airsports Federation -the Gliding Section, held the opening speach. Second to him,
Mrs. Margrethe Skjaerbekk -Vice City Mayor of Elverum and then Mr. Arild Solbakken, Competition Director. The statue in the middle shows Mr. Ole Reistad, a flying pioneer -who gave name to  the Soaring Center at Elverum.


The winner of the Logo competition, Mr. Anders Kulblik (at the right side)
 presents the Official Logo for the 3rd Club Class World Gliding Championship.
